12:00 - I arrive to Vienna + the girls, second shooter arrives to Patrick + the guys

1:15 - Girls start to get dressed, we shoot getting ready photos

2:00-2:30 - First look + portraits

2:30-3:00 - Individual bridal party photos, full bridal party photos

3:00-3:30 - Family photos

4:00-4:30 - Ceremony

4:30-5:30- Cocktail Hour

8:15 - Sunset

5:30 - Reception begins

9:00 - Photo coverage ends

After your initial deposit payments of 1,000 are due 90 days and 60 days prior to your wedding date with the full balance due 30 days prior
